Last updated: 11 May 2026. These terms govern use of the Felicity Mauritius website and services.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking a call, using Felicity self-care tools, joining a programme, attending a session or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
2. Services
Felicity Mauritius may provide or coordinate access to mental health and wellbeing services, including therapy, counselling, self-care content, assessments, chat support, training, institutional dashboards, referral pathways and high-risk escalation workflows.
Services may be delivered directly by Felicity, by independent therapists, by third-party professionals, or through technology providers. Availability, language, therapist choice, pricing and service format may vary.
3. Not an emergency service
Felicity is not an emergency medical, psychiatric or crisis-response service. If you or another person is in immediate danger, at risk of self-harm, or needs urgent medical attention, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
4. Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate information when submitting forms, registering, booking or using services. If you are using services on behalf of a minor, student, employee or patient, you must have the authority and consent required by law and professional standards.
5. Informed consent and clinical fit
Therapy, counselling, assessment or electronically transmitted psychological services may require informed consent. Professionals may explain the nature of services, expected benefits and limits, fees, third-party involvement and confidentiality exceptions before services begin.
Felicity or a professional may decline, pause or redirect a case if the requested service is outside scope, unsuitable for online care, clinically inappropriate, unsafe, unavailable, or better handled by another professional or institution.
6. Confidentiality and limits
Therapy notes and identifiable clinical information are confidential. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is authorised by you, required by law, ordered by a court, needed to protect you or another person from harm, needed for payment administration, or needed for strictly professional care coordination.
7. Employer, hospital and education programmes
Institutional clients may receive anonymised and aggregated dashboards. They do not receive individual therapy notes or identifiable clinical information unless legally required or expressly authorised by the client. Institutional dashboards are intended for wellbeing planning, not surveillance, discipline or adverse action against individuals.
8. Fees, plans and payments
Final pricing may depend on therapist, format, plan, institution size, therapy credits, onsite days, training scope and taxes. Paid plans may have separate payment, cancellation, rescheduling, refund and expiry terms, which are shown at the point of purchase or in the applicable proposal.
9. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the website or services, harass professionals or other users, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, copy proprietary content, interfere with systems, or use the services for unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harmful purposes.
10. Website content
Website content, self-care content, blogs, videos, dashboards and resources are provided for information and wellbeing support. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or personalised treatment from a qualified professional.
11. Electronic communications and records
You agree that Felicity may communicate electronically about enquiries, bookings, programmes, forms, service updates and administrative matters. Electronic records and submissions may be used to administer services, subject to applicable law and data protection requirements.
12. Intellectual property
Felicity names, logos, designs, website content, platform content, dashboards, resources, templates and training materials are owned by Felicity or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reuse them without written permission, except for normal personal or internal business review of materials provided to you.
13. Third-party services
Services may involve third-party platforms such as video tools, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, Google Sheets or CRM systems. Felicity is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felicity is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from website use, service delays, unavailable professionals, user-provided inaccurate information, institutional misuse of aggregated reports, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Changes to services and terms
Felicity may update the website, services, pricing, plans or these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius unless a final contract states otherwise.
